How to use
How to use
Pour contents in color bottle into the developer and shake to combine for approximately 15 seconds. Apply mixture to wet hair and leave on for 5-15 minutes, depending on the gloss. If you're unsure about how long you should leave your particular gloss on, please reach out to one of our experts and they will happily advise! Rinse the gloss out of your hair completely and then condition as usual.
*Pro-tip: If you regularly use a lot of product on your hair, a clarifying shampoo might be helpful to help break down build-up which allows the gloss to penetrate the hair more effectively!
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at The COH Salon located at 305 Grant Ave, Fourth Floor, San Francisco, CA 94108. If you'd prefer this method, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with the gloss you'd like to purchase and we'll confirm whether we have it in our inventory or not. If we have your preferred gloss in stock, we will follow-up with pickup details via email.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-6pm Tuesday through Thursday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
At this time, we do not ship internationally. Please email us directly at email@example.com if you are interested in purchasing a gloss outside of our shipping range.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We want you to love our products, so if you are unhappy in anyway we want to make it right and refund your purchase if necessary. If you are unhappy with your results please send us an email within 14 days and we will work to make you love Nous!
We have a 30-day return policy for unused product, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
